- Sex: Female
- Family history: One female cousin with breast cancer, one female cousin with a malignant kidney tumor, grandfather with rectal cancer
- Medical history:
- Previously healthy, no chronic illnesses, no allergies, with prior episodes of irregular menstruation
- Early 2023: Diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer in 2023 at age 28
- June 2023: Underwent breast-conserving surgery; stage II triple-negative breast cancer, tumor size 2 cm, no lymph node metastasis
- July 2023: Started 8 cycles of EC + albumin-bound paclitaxel chemotherapy, followed by one month of radiotherapy after chemotherapy
- Aug 2023 - July 2024: Completed one year of postoperative immunotherapy (Keytruda), with long-acting G-CSF support each cycle. During the EC regimen, severe neutropenia occurred (white blood cells 0.5, reference range 3.5-9.5; neutrophils 0.07, reference range 1.8-6.3)
- Aug 2023: Underwent hereditary tumor testing for 102 gene mutations, with no clinically significant mutations detected
- 2024 to now: Follow-up tests and frequency: ultrasound and bloodwork every 3 months, CT every 6 months, whole-body MRI once a year
- July 2025: Suspected metastatic lesions appeared on imaging follow-up. - Jan 2026: An ultrasound showed abnormal lymph nodes, and recurrence was confirmed by biopsy. PET-CT then confirmed multiple metastases throughout the body
- From January 2026 to present: treated with SG (Trop-2 ADC) + Ivonescimab (PD-1/VEGF)
