Hi everyone, my name is Emma.

This is my open record of living with triple-negative breast cancer at the age of 31.

My Story

In 2023, I got diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. After surgery, chemotherapy and immunotherapy throughout 2023 and 2024, I entered remission. In 2026, my cancer came back as metastatic cancer, and I'm currently undergoing treatment.

At the beginning of 2026, I learnt about Sid's journey on battling his cancer, and realized that we may be at the precipice of an important moment in human history. I want to do the same, share my journey but also ask for your help. Maybe my journey will be able to help someone else out there.

Current Status

I am currently being treated for my metastatic cancer with Trodelvy (Sacituzumab Govitecan) plus Ivonescimab. After six cycles, my disease burden has decreased substantially: thoracic lymph nodes show much lower metabolic activity, a tiny liver lesion is no longer visible on MRI but remains low-uptake on PET, and ctDNA has dropped to an extremely low level.

My current challenge is to decide how to move from a strong partial response toward the deepest possible remission, while balancing treatment toxicity, quality of life, CNS surveillance, local therapy options, and personalized immunotherapy strategies. This is my call to the world looking for help, but also to record my journey.
